What happened:: Recently, I called out on V. Lace for refusing to pay any participant in his design contest (see reference below). The user responded with
this, a clear excuse to dodge payment. Because of the fact that one participant used a copyrighted image, he unexpectedly closed the contest to the others. I see this behavior unfit for a high-ranking member and that he deserves to be negged until prompt payment.

http://i.imgur.com/bMLz6AV.pngI then added a simplistic cup with hot cocoa, also associated with Christmas. I did this by overlaying circles of white, gray and dark and light brown to create shadows.
