I've been using Xapo for 3 years now. I have come across a lot of errors. first of all the app is completely useless and has major bugs in it for both android and Iphone, i use both. The website sometimes takes me 3 times to log in and sometimes logs me out to log back in just switching wallets less than 1 min . I do feel they are safe but over all i give them a 6 for software interface friendly.
