I think the phrase "empty promises" is fud in of itself. It's been thrown around here time and again. And there have been many detailed explanations made as to why the full node release was delayed. It had nothing to do with empty promises. Those with eyes to see understand that. People with a more adolescent sensibility are quick to shout "empty promises!" and a whole host of other similar non-nuanced nonsense.

You're entitled to believe that it will take until Q2 of next year for major developments to occur with Waves. That's technically only 4 months away, though. Hardly years.

It may well take that long for certain major things to happen. But just this week we will see  the release of a new lite client with token functionality. Maybe that's not huge, but it will be a big step forward. And there will doubtless be other milestones reached even before April of next year.
