Is it legal to mine with both amd and nvidia?
To be on topic, I am still mining zec with one gpu (7970), clay 8 works really well.
if not illegal at least immoral, or possibly unethical
as mixing

I mine on one rig with 2 470s, and 2 1060s. It has actually been the least troublesome of my 6. I picked up some 1060 3GB when 470/480 was in short supply, and LBRY was still profitable. 24 out of 27 of my cards are 470/480, due to cheaper cost per hash on Eth and Zec. Power is slightly better on 1060 and 1070s, but 470s pretty close after undervolting, so extra cost is negligible compared to initial savings. Eth power usage is pretty low with 1075/2000 clocks, 1750 strap, and 820mv. Hopefully profit for both coins goes back up after this dip. Can't wait for Vega 10!
