i want to purchase btc at low rates, i.e. at international rates. so how i can add money, tell some site or wallet, so that i can add money in that easily and trade.
If you have money in any other payment processor, you can exchange them to Bitcoin at low rates. Also you can try to trade INR BTC directly with people based in India to get low rates.
Or you can try Indian based sites/company(online) to transact via local method and get it done if you need it ASAP, But the price are quite high than the last traded price
