i want to purchase btc at low rates, i.e. at international rates. so how i can add money, tell some site or wallet, so that i can add money in that easily and trade.
Find local guy or merchants of perfect money, okpay etc and buy dollar at normal rate. With PM and OKpay you can easily buy bitcoin at market rate+3% around rate. Than sell them in your indian trading platform, i don't think there is any other way for you to simply buy bitcoin with indian rupees at cheaper price/international market rate.
