Yes there are some orphan block, we've always had orphan block.  By design, POS block have higher trust value, so they will orphan POW block more often than not.  And when there are more POS block found, there are more orphan block.

From the beginning of CashCoin, In all the pool that I've mined CashCoin, we were getting orphan block....  Sometimes it is worse than other depending of number POS block to be found in that time lapse...
