The only way I know is to download Vanitgen and look for it, when you start generating the address.
Just to say, it is no problem for me if you ask me the difficulty or my price about an prefix. I can take time to make my customers happy.

I'm not sure what name I want for myself, and I have idea to make presents for my friends with address starting with their names and little amount of Bitcoin.. I have to think about this.
