I have 1 working U3 and the other doesn't work, and i don't know why, just so you know.

They don't come with any cables: 1  for power , and the other cable is like a printer usb cable

I was offering $40 + shipping within the CON-US each to someone who asked via PM, but that didn't work out for them, id do the same , but you would need to figure out the method for international shipping, as that's not my thing. But happy to work with you.
