It should show up in your transaction history right away and then take 5 to 10 mins to show up in your ADZbuzz wallet.
I bought Adzcoins on yobit a few days ago and for me, it showed up in the wallet within 5 minutes. This was a problem people were having before but I think it has been fixed now and the coins show in your wallet when you send them
If any chance they don't. Just submit a support ticket here mentioning your username, ID etc and they should resolve the problem. They are very helpful. Here's the support for that:
