Hi a lot of people enter bad feedback before contacting us for replacement, we will always give replacement when u need!
Why do we require you to add us on skype? Since we have both skype & livechat some people take that in advantage to ask on both chats for an replacement.
I mean people abused it so we needed to take some action, so we are doing only replacements in skype now. And yeah skype is free !
