We will have some funds available before February to get the ball rolling. We do try to avoid the mistakes of others. We will also be able to vote using the lisk if we so choose before Mainnet launch in our TOS but have not done so at this time.

And the agreement was changing, or it the latest news about this project. Are keep for continue this project although the minimum milestones weren't reaching? Are you can give other news for this banana?

nothing has changed in the agreement, this rule was agreed with the escrow for lisk since before the start of the TEC.

The milestone was based on hardware and use case funding and not the amount that we need to start the project.

We will launch on schedule regardless of total collected, the only difference is that if we do not hit the threshold, we will allow participants the option to refund. If we hit the threshold, there is no requirement for us to allow for any refund.
