Yeah I think so too. In a few more years, ZCash would be worthless and become like the rest of the altcoins with a very low marketcap. Unless, ZCash brings something new and exciting, that would really increase its usability and acceptance of merchants around the world, then the dream of it becoming a very popular cryptocurrency would be very distant, thus resulting into other forks taking the lead like ZClassic.

Also, if ZCash didn't have the founders reward, then I'm pretty sure that the price would always had a positive uptrend on the markets, instead of constantly declining each day.

If you take a good look at ZCash, it is just another BTC clone with the only difference of having the ability to make anonymous transactions with a Z_address which separates itself from the t_address (which stands for transparent address). In my own opinion, this should've been implemented into Bitcoin the first place, instead of making another altcoin.
