I don't think there will another hardfork ,it will decrease faith of users.hHrdforking ETH  isn't a good decision just because one user can't secure his coins.


It probably depends on the "size" of the user. If it was millions of ETH I'm pretty sure VB would be involved. Don't know what's the minimum now Wink
