What is the estimate without the ATM fee cos that's a fixed cost. To have a simple example, let's say I use the card to do POS transactions in stores. What would be my total cost from BTC deposit to EUR payment in store?

Like I said above, my deposit method is bitcoins. My limits have nothing to do with the loading fee.
Here's the scenario. I deposit BTC, sell it for Bitcoins (get charged 0.5%). Can I transfer that EUR free to my EUR card or is there a loading fee?
