Seems it should have been obvious from the first sentence, as:

As the "proper report formats" are just boring, time consuming and unnecesary things that we should all just "avoid" and cut corners while trusting people on their he-said-she-said-BS...

User scammed me, then blamed me for having 100% of "proxy/vpn" traffic, while I obviously don't. Then he admitted in a PM that it was his fault. He never paid a single user from that URL shortener service.. Like I said, it's not the dollar, but the actions he took.

Now, instead of being a smartass and want just to be heard on this topic, why don't you actually take some time to dig into that users posts, since you seem to care so much about this topic?
