From reading the thread, I realize you're busy with the Eligius transition, but how should I get in touch to ask questions or get support if not here or via the ticketing system? I don't see any other way to contact you listed on the Eligius site. I'll send another Personal Message in the event that the last was never received or got overlooked. I'd certainly appreciate any help or insight you can give.
