just wondering if there is anyone who is using coinsbank. how long did it take you to........

A) open an account
B) send the funds
C) have the funds reach coinsbank
D) coinsbank verify the funds
E) have the funds available to use???
 These people (or person because it feels like i always get connected to the same person) are telling me it could take days or weeks
to have funds in my account. its 2016 why does this take so long??
