raphma, I do my best to keep everything transparent:
- All deposit receipts and payout reports are signed by my gpg key. And can be conveniently verified at https://keybase.io/verify
- My gpg key is linked to my web identities (github, twitter, etc.) at https://keybase.io/moocowmoo
- Payouts and withdrawals go to an address you send from, so the blockchain manages the bookkeeping.
(because of this you must send from a wallet you control, not an exchange.) - Payouts are automated, sent as soon as the coin matures (101 blocks). Payout reports are usually sent the same day.

raphma, I use moocowmoo's shared masternode service and it works great! I can highly recommend the service. Payouts are working fine and I get an email after every payment.
I have not withdrawn my shares so i cannot comment on how that works, but otherwise I think the service is great, 5/5
