I have a question regarding the bolded statement -- The guy "running the company" isn't the guy who was convicted of mail fraud.
Actually he
was running the company. As soon as it became known who he was and what he'd done they quickly arranged to transfer the CEO title to somebody else. Go ahead, look it up.
