It was one of the first acquisition of a major BTC powered dice gaming website.
And yes, the new owner should have made many new features for the user like Support. It was one of the top gambling websites.
Its a real shame that more hasn't been invested in adding features to the site - the site could have been huge by now
Well, there may be many reasons for not upgrading
1. The purchase may have drained a lot of money from the buyer and may be in debt.
2. The new management may just want to get the BTC rather than focusing on the user preferences and suggestions.
But who knows, it was a great website and still is but for some reason lacks many needful things..
