IP based hash restriction (very low, so we can mine with phones) + deflation (the more your node is offline the more coins are gone, 0 if it always on). No premine or 1% the most.
Do that and you'll make perfect distribution.
Idea sounds good but a long road to reach it.
Basics, secure you connection = no way to other clients verify hash
All clients should have same "root"
Maybe it could be done using zerocoin feature to spread the info, if it would be possible you would need a second hash function to spread secure info.
After all, it would not prevent clients to falsify your ip or mac, or offline/uptime.
Thinking about stuff like this is just about what altcoins need.
There is a long road ahead to the perfect crypto. Those are a must have if we want some working system, not a regular get rich quick scheme. Someone will figure out how to do those eventually.
