It's a fact friend that gambling will not make us rich even though we will bet small or higher bets. Better to work out your own goal to become rich with gambling by working hard and focus to your own career. What you said is true. Gambling is only for fun and not to become a rich fast. But many people still thinks that some tricks or methods can help them to become rich fast, and they don't care about other people suggestions or advice until they lose a lot of money and realise by themselves. So always remember not to gamble to become rich.
There is a saying in my country, the shortest path to your goal is the longest one, meaning there is not such a thing as shortcuts to get your goal, if you want to be rich then the only way is to work hard in whatever you are good at it and keep doing it until you succeed.
It is just like in the skills like guitar if you are not starting to a basic and you are always a shortcut you will never be a great in guitar..
Like in programming if you just doing shortcut and not  doing a basic you will never be a programmer..
You should start and learn the basic first in order to have skills that you can use to your daily life..  gambling is a waste of time and it can be your shortcut that can bring to be poor..

What you have said friends are right, gambling must be treated only for fun but if you win some decent amount then that's better but don't hope too much that you'll win every time you gamble. If we are aiming to become rich we need to go to the first step of the ladder because we can't go immediate to the top.
