Capital City Helsinki area.

Capital City Helsinki area.
How much was before? Is it only for one person or for the whole family! It really depends on he life expenses in the Finland but for some countries $215 is not bad if is only for a single person because of the cost living is less than in Finland. Finland is a Scandinavian country so the living costs should be more expensive.
