$215 per day is a pretty good money, you shouldn't be complaining IMO. Where I live most people barely make $12 per day. Btw if your income is low you can leave the Capital City Helsinki and move to a place where the life is cheaper.
Per day? Wake up, and do the math, it would add up to $6,5k a month

Nobody would be working in Finland if the wellfare was that high.
What is the cost of living in Finland and how does it compare to cost of living in other West European countries?
Is it possible to rent a flat and pay for basic utilities with that amount of basic income? Seems to be fairly low if the cost of living is similar to that of my country (Belgium).
The average wage is ~3000, which is just a bit more than that in USD, but that is a net wage, so if we subtract the taxes they should be left with more than $2000 a month. Typical for a developed country if you ask me.
Are you getting money for doing nothing in Belgium? IMO $500, which is what they're getting right now for doing nothing, is a lot.
