but stability issues still continue.
Stability is not Claymore's issue!
It's probably PSU issue .
 You get significally higher hashrate but it costs some power usage and it is logical.
So you have to ensure proper PSU and do not blame Claymore

 I blame Claymore when the primary rig I did extensive v9 testing on uses about 200 watts out of a 1250 watt Seasonic PS.

 That is NOT a "proper PSU" issue.

 For reference, ALL of my mining rigs are deliberately set up with "excessive power supply" capasity (though not to the degree of that test rig - that's a special case 'cause the PS wasn't being used at the time I assembled that rig) - even for DNet/Prime95/Scrypt work they ALL would have excess PS capasity.

 I do that deliberately for a combination of "efficiency" and "longevity" reasons - same reason I used 2x X-1250 to run 3 Antminer S5 even though a single X1250 could handle 2 S5 units on it's own with some capasity to spare.
