my Nav wallet has been staking like this since yesterday, and I noticed the coins I got from the nav faucet a few mins ago wasn't sent in my wallet like it normally does. Is this normal?

Delete all blockchain data (
keep your wallet.dat) in %appdata% , download the most recent blockchain from the official site and sync again. You should be fine
