If you aren't an ICO investor, is there a possibility of getting into the performance fund and will there be some analysis/requirements of the investor in order to get in?
I know that if not all invitations are accepted by ICO investors they will be offered out but lets presume they are all accepted.

Once Iconomi will publish the second round if funding for ICNP, it will be sent to ICO participants first. If the investments target won't be met, it will be offered to the public.
