any fork would likely need:
1. strong/stable/quick gravity well^{*can readjust in 3hrs or 9 blocks .MAX  even if hammered / something that readjusts every 60sec.}
2. stick with the 20 min range block (slow is good metric)
3. clear with Polo camp before moving ahead
