I agree, looks like a very low quality stuff. I went through the white paper, basically it has nothing substantial there. The authors copied some assemble math symbols there, but they don't mean much, all copied from standard textbook. No real algorithm that is new or innovative. It is a quick-money-making scheme and not worth to invest.
We are based on FBAS, which is also used by stellar. Different is we are using it to do business in real world.
