You have Only Two Options to Prevent scam. Firstly I Suggest you to Stop Dealing with the people here you don't know and always use an escrow if you want to trade with anyone in this forum. And Before Starting the trade always check the trust rating of the person you are trading with. It will helps to to avoid scams.
We are on world wide web we cannot avoid to deal with unknown people since this place is huge men, and sometimes the things we need are not on people we used to know, thats why its safer option to us to have an escrow to middle up some deals so we can make sure that we are on safe dealings and also just make sure that the people you used as escrow is very honest guy so he wouldn't run the money for that deal.
