ICONOMI is allocating 4% of the raised 10,682,516.42 USD to PR & Marketing ($427,300 to be exact)
I've read somewhere that their PR & Marketing campaign will start AFTER ICNX & ICNP platform launches this December to attract investors, so that should be in the next few days.
