Yes indeed, we have this nicehash miner problem, but it is real
I mean somebody is spending money to mine XCI on high difficulty and than leaving. Network is slower than expected now but it will adjust. If he is attacking or trying to mine more XCI, he is still spending money for nicehash. We can measure the cost. His speed was about 300khs will cost him 0.1btc for every 4,5h. You can get about 3500 XCI for 0.1btc on cryptopia or you need to mine about 370 blocks.
