How im can remove in safe mode?
and how im can disable crossfire?

Xdragon , Which PSU do you recommend? I'll use for up to 7 gpu's?
The reason for the shutdown is from the weak PSU ?

This sounds like it is a driver issue! Remove in safe mode and re-install as administrator.
Reboot.
After that go to AMD Radeon Settings and disable crossfire if activated.
