In past there was big difference between white and black people. Earlier blacks were slaves, they were discriminated. They didn't had rights and this is one of the reasons why blacks was less intelligent race. But now situatiin improves fastly. But there are still many problems in Africa. But there are no reasons to call blacks as a monkeys.
