If I were you OP I would stick with the trusted escrows from this list Bitcointalk Escrows - Trade Safely! or you might end up dealing with an escrow who is also owned by the guy you are dealing with in short self escrow. Don't mind the fees that you will pay the trusted one's than being scammed and cry later.
