It's clear Devs have an exclusive listing deal with Kraken.
Poloniex & Bittrex are left in the dark on the legal status of ICONOMI, that's why they haven't listed ICN yet, they can't do anything because of NDAs.

It has only been 6 weeks since ICN launched on October 25
ICNX token has been known to be coming since the whitepaper. If I was a major exchange, I would think: "might as well just wait 2 months and list ICN+ICNX at the same time, instead of going through the process twice"
