Had to really put some thought into the total impact this partnership will have. There are so many different directions this could go. The
biggest factor will be the costs to make the exchange moving from NAV to BTC / other currency and how to best utilize it. Would this
create lower volumes on the current exchanges which could put pressure downward on NAV prices. Overall, there are a lot of other great
possibilities and benefits that could be realized.

 I am feeling pretty good about the overall conference discussion and direction NAV is going. The team is top notch and second to none. Would
be beneficial if future conferences have better video access and a super salesman who can entertain along with deliver the message on point.
