So you think it's ok to have killed
suspects, even if they eventually turn out to be innocent? In that case, rather than killing indiscriminately, why not just kill people randomly? It would probably be cheaper than going through the expense of having a court.
Obviously this argument is a reductio ab absurdum, but you get the idea - why bother pretending it's drug dealers your're killing when you have no idea if they are or are not?
