Hi guys.

I have tried to reach BitInstant support by web form and e-mail to no avail. I have two pending transactions that should already been completed:

Quote ID: f31d8bb5-ac15-4669-8a88-5d9ba4181bb3

and:

Quote ID: 6350e153-0e86-4cdd-828e-37a4f9082566

I made the payments through ZipZap/Ebanx as instructed and they e-mailed me saying the merchant had been informed. What is the problem?


I have the exatcly same problem !
