Hi, I need help with a order placed last Thursday. I send a few email over the weekend and haven't receive any respond. I send a payment on www.bitinstant.com using my local MoneyGram store inside a WalMart for the amount of $113.95. I did everything on Thursday night. Next day I receive a confirmation with a order status number into my inbox.

When I check the status of the order on bitinstant.com it says that the order has been completed. The last event type is "Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange" but before that it says "MTGox Connection Error". I'm confused and don't why I haven't received the deposit on my BTC wallet.

The number I put into the form/slip I send was my wallet address, as far as I know the deposit should have being done quickly. I went with a friend who did the same kind of transaction and everything went fine. I don't want to loose my money, some help or a email replay will be from great help.
I have my confirmation email if needed and all the recipes of each transaction I did.
