Agreed, Zach. We can't deduce that factor because luck itself is not a scientifically definable element...and if you can wrap your head around that one, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to talk to you about... Grin

I have so much fun here it's ridiculous.

Seriously...hindsight is always clearer. I've always appreciated Kano's...and Con's...positions, and at least for me that's far more important than a slick site or catch-phrase PR...no matter the luck factor. I'd much rather have a pool operator whose acumen is in the specific technology, rather than in marketing/sales.

I gotta go have some real fun and clean house. Mine on.
