Online gambling is a form of gambling. I am not sure what you meant by real gambling. As far as I am concerned, real gambling is the act of risking your money on an odd that you are aware of and potentially making a profit.

I think what the OP is trying to mean is real gambling is refer to real world gambling, live casino, casino setup in physical land so that you can travel to the place to gamble. while online is referring to the digital gambling setup in a website.
