1) i have always been investing in bitcoin for long term and did a little short trading but didn't like it much. and as for altcoins i have been trading them actively before bitcoin started to move up like crazy. now i am staying away from altcoin market.
2) bittrex
3) if i can find a good arbitrage opportunity yes, i will pounce on that. but it is rare.
