I'm new and have come to BTC so yes there are new people coming to BTC.
There are thousands of new people like you in bitcoin, and not all of them are coming to this forum because maybe they came to know about bitcoin by a source that did not tell them about this forum and maybe later on they will find it and join it like how we all did.
