I think PR will kick in with blockmarket launch when we have an end-user-friendly platform
.The market needs vendors and buyers, so doing marketing of the platform is very much needed. Earlier the better!
I don't think the developers have any Bitcoin they can use for marketing their product. Most of this is done by the community. I still thing most of these coins are under valued because of lack of funding and adequate exposure
