I do not understand what has to do with the rise in the price of bitcoin with which you have to sell your PayPal for 23% It's not the other way around?

Cause if anyone who wants to do a trusted deal has to go by my rules. If you don't like them or disagree with them then move forth with someone else. It is that simple. Wink
