It is a fair starting price. Are you supposed to do this sort of thing on Ebay? I thought they severely frowned upon selling crypto for PayPal.

I've seen people on eBay selling bitcoin I do not think they do it if it's Against ebay norms But I'll investigate and see if it's legal or not thanks for the warning
Actually in past many Bitcoin seller sell their Bitcoin for gift card and and another products but some of them deals were wrost because the gift card was carded ( not purchased ) So some site of online shopping banned Bitcoin deals .
