I think there is a trading thread for Incent. Just search for it in altcoin marketplace. But it is just a peer to peer method so be careful and always use escrow. But if you have time, maybe you should try to join their slack and ask for the devs to buy some incent on ICO price. Maybe they will sell you some because there is still a lot of incent available.
