I actually listen to the "scientific proof" of the existence of the creator clip.
Two claims he is making, both of them are pure lies BTW. He said that Quran says that:
1. Earth is round
2. Light of the moon is a reflected light
Both are pure fabrications used to convince people that are too lazy to check.
Quran says that Allah "spread out Earth like a carpet". Nowhere it says that Earth is round.
Regarding reflected light: Quran says "the light of the Sun and the light of the moon" . Nowhere in Quran it says that the light of the moon is a reflected light.
Both descriptions are consistent with what a person with no education would observe in the middle of Saudi Arabia in the 6th century.

The Arabic word "Kura" means ball; its verb "Yukawer يُكَوِّرُ" means: to make into a ball. The Quran says that the overlapping of the night and the day makes a ball (sphere). Here also the Quran is referring to ALL MOVING, not only the sun and moon but also Earth. In Arabic grammar there is difference between the singular (one), binary (two) and plural (three or more). The reference to binary is "Kulahuma Yajreean كلاهما يجريان" however the Quran said "Kullon yajree كل يجري" referring to the plural (three or more). Since the sun and moon are just two but the Quran refers to three or more then according to the Quran all the three move: sun, moon and Earth.

See, your explanation couldn't be more legit than any other religions. From that first text "He overlaps the night over the day and overlaps the day over the night," and previous statement "spread out Earth like a carpet" can both be true. The night and day can be in spherical motion
but not the earth, and that can also be drawn out of your post. Look, I've even drawn you a picture. So that verse can be molded to suit your needs and argument.
